Muscat International Airport has renovated its car parking system at a cost of 134,000 rial.

Oman Airports Management Company (OAMC) was appointed to handle the renovation project, which included upgrading three car park locations.

The move is designed to eliminate car theft, decrease operating costs, improve traffic congestion and increase overall security at the airport.

Muscat Airport’s car parking capacity now stands at 1,200.
