Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR) has filed for the sale of its stake owned by Australian airport operator MAp Airports International.

ASUR said that about 43.6 million of its series B shares would be offered for sale in the secondary offering.

The proposed sale, including over allotments, will comprise 16% of ASUR's total equity, according to Reuters.

JMEX, an investment vehicle established by MAp will receive all proceeds from the offering.
