Celebi Holding Plans $100m Investment in Indian Airports

Turkish airport ground-handling and cargo operator Celebi Holding will invest Rs500 crore ($100m) in an effort to upgrade Indian airports.

Delhi and Mumbai international airports have recently awarded a ground-handling operations contract to Celebi Ground Handling for 25 years and ten years respectively.

Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) has also awarded a contract to Celebi to upgrade, modernise, finance, operate and manage the existing 70,000m² cargo terminal.

Celebi will invest $30m in the latest ground-handling equipment as part of its investment plan in India.
