Frederic Chopin International Airport in Poland has installed new technology for destroying explosive materials and detecting illegal drugs.

The technology is designed to identify the precise specification of luggage content through a portable X-ray machine and a pyrotechnic ejector.

The equipment also includes radio communication devices with parameters that prevent terrorists or bombers from using the radio frequency.

The airport will also be one of the first in the world to receive a 12kg portable special detector to detect or "sniff out" narcotics.
