Chinese Airports to Install Novel Metal Detection System

IDO Security has been awarded a contract to install novel metal detection systems at 12 international and regional airports in the Xinjiang province of China. Airports in the Xinjiang province will all be installed with IDO Security's MagShoe shoes-on weapons metal detection system.<

Urumqi International Airport is one of six major airports in China that will receive the largest installation of MagShoe units.

The contract has been jointly won by local distributor Hwan Technology and Trade, which has also distributed MagShoe units in 16 airports across the north and west of China.
