Manchester Airport is expected to suspend flights until midday (UK time) today, while there are currently no flights out of Liverpool John Lennon Airport or Leeds Bradford Airport.

Passengers travelling to and from the three airports have been urged to check the flight status with their airline while police have advised the general public to avoid travelling on surrounding road networks.
