Dublin Airport in Ireland has installed an automatic dependent surveillance - broadcast (ADS-B) system and multilateration surveillance solution.

The system has been installed by US company Era Systems, a subsidiary of SRA International.

The system is equipped with sensors that offer coverage of runways, taxiways and aprons; improved automation of aircraft identification and enhanced surveillance.

According to the airport, the multilateration surveillance will support the airport's advanced movement guidance and control system and will cater to future airport growth.
