Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, India, has installed a common-use baggage tracking and reconciliation system at its new domestic Terminal 1D.

The tracking system will also help airlines raise their on-time performance, passenger satisfaction and employee productivity, while significantly reducing incidences of lost or mishandled baggage and related operating costs.

Quantum Aviation Solutions partnered with ARINC for the project, which is a provider of communications, engineering, and integration solutions.
