The Philippines Government will issue a tender for the construction a new international cargo terminal (ICT) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), following recommendation by Ernst & Young in its final feasibility report.

The new ICT is part of the NAIA complex master development plan and will be constructed in two phases at a cost of PHP12bn ($276m).

The PHP8bn ($184m) phase one will involve construction of five modules from 2011 to 2013, while the PHP4bn ($91m) second phase will involve construction of three modules from 2023 to 2024, according to mb.com.ph.
