KBR has received a contract to provide programme and construction management services for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in the US as part of a $1.7bn development programme.

KBR, in collaboration with Freese & Nichols and Chiang, Patel & Yerby, will provide services to execute upgrades to four of the airport's original terminals.

The team will also provide improvements to the public access and operations sides of the airport.

The three-year agreement has an option to be extended to five years.

The KBR team earlier completed the Skylink Automated People Mover and the Perimeter Taxiway project at the airport, as part the capital programme.
