Singapore’s Changi Airport Group has awarded a contract to Genetec, a technology provider of integrated security, business intelligence, public safety and operations solutions, to upgrade its security system.

The three-year project is set for completion by the end of 2023.

Genetec will support the airport’s security operations through the installation of a video surveillance system across the terminals.

For this purpose, it will install its Genetec Security Centre, a unified security platform that combines IP security systems within a single intuitive interface.

After a rigorous competitive tender process, the contract was secured by Genetec.
