The internet, in particular, is a well established and much appreciated travel tool, both for pre-travel activities, such as flight search and for reservations and check-in.
New technologies are also getting the thumbs up from passengers. Wearables, such as smartwatches and Google Glass, provide a great new opportunity for airlines and airports to engage with passengers and our survey indicates it would be welcomed by many travellers.
