InfoComm in Las Vegas is regarded as one of the industry’s biggest exhibitions for professional AV solutions. The exhibition presents the latest technologies for audio and video applications, projection, lighting and staging, digital signage, digital content creation, networking, signal distribution and much more. For the second time, Guntermann & Drunck will present highlights of their KVM portfolio in Las Vegas, Nevada, US.

At their second InfoComm, Guntermann & Drunck GmbH (G&D) will present various KVM extenders and matrix switches to transmit signals for the most diverse requirements and different operational environments. For almost 30 years, G&D use their knowledge to create best possible working conditions for humans and computers. During this time, the company has developed the reputation of being a leading manufacturer of digital and analogue KVM products for versatile mission-critical and industrial applications.
G&D will present their KVM portfolio at the stand of their US partner Apantac LLC, a leading designer and developer of high-quality image signal processing equipment.

Welcome to the matrix

The modular KVM matrix ControlCenter-Digital offers the most extensive functional range of all devices developed from G&D. It enables the simultaneous operation of thousands of computers via hundreds of consoles consisting of keyboard, monitor and mouse – even over large distances. Thanks to the ControlCenter-Digital’s modularity, it is easy to replace components and flexibly expand the system. By using optical fibres, users and computers can be placed up to 10,000m apart from each other.

Various connection modules allow you to integrate sources like VGA, DVI and DisplayPort into the KVM matrix. Comprehensive user administration, monitoring or CrossDisplay-Switching are only some of the many features that stand out in its functional range. An integrated 2048-bit RSA-encrypted trusted platform module (TPM) protects any access and configuration data against exposure. On top of this, sensitive information such as login data and passwords are permanently saved in an encrypted version. In addition, a RAID1 array system protects rights management and configuration data.
