Lödige Industries has announced that it has completed the installation of controlled temperature storage for Swissport’s new 3,620sqm Pharma Centre at Brussels airport.

Swissport announced earlier this year that it had signed a long-term lease and is investing several million Euros in equipment and fittings for the new facility which has been built by Brussels Airport Company.

The new Swissport Pharma Centre features an increased surface area for pharmaceutical products and ambient pharma space, ranging in temperature from 15 to 25˚C, and an expanded cooling facility, ranging in temperature between 2 and 8˚C.

Lödige Industries has delivered castor decks for build and breakdown of ULDs in both temperature-controlled areas and installed existing truck docks, roller and right angle decks for direct transport to road feeder services.
