AZUR air Airlines has resumed flights to Istanbul, Turkey, from Novosibirsk, Russia, as of 21 March.

Flights ZF-269 from Novosibirsk International Airport (Tolmachevo) named after A.I. Pokryshkin will be performed twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays, at 9.20am local time.

Return flights from Istanbul under the number ZF-270 are scheduled for 1.05pm, the travel time will amount to about six hours. The convenient departure time shall make it easy to plan both private and business trips.

AZUR air is the first Russian airline that has launched flights to this destination. In October 2020, AZUR air opened the opportunity for residents of Novosibirsk and neighbouring regions to see Istanbul. The flights have been operated until the Turkish part tightened restrictions due to the epidemiological situation.

In connection with the plans of the Istanbul authorities to gradually loosen anti-coronavirus restrictions in March 2021, AZUR air has decided to restore the flight program to Istanbul from Novosibirsk until 9 May 2021.
