Stripe HOG SH8000
The Stripe Hog is our award-winning water blasting system for removing or rejuvenating markings on roads and highways, as well as removing rubber deposits from airport runways. The Stripe Hog can be mounted to a wide variety of trailers and chassis with either a PTO-driven engine or an auxiliary-driven engine. The Stripe Hog is available with flow rates ranging from 5.2 gpm up to 24 gpm. With the Stripe Hog, we have your size depending on the type of job you need done.

Twice the performance with half the water.
The Hog Tusk uses a combination of PCD grinding teeth and water blasting nozzles. The teeth grind the marking down to the surface while the water jets remove the marking at the surface with minimal surface impact. This method uses half of the water and gives you twice the performance than only water blasting!
Melts material faster
THERMO HOG Demonstrates a melt rate of 16,000lbs of thermo over two hour and forty minutes.
Over 500 ATSSA attendees witnessed our melt demonstration where HOG melted 6,000lbs of thermoplastic per hour in a single kettle without dropping below line laying temperature.
All this is accomplished this with only one burner vs traditional trucks which can use up to nine. The Thermo HOG utilises just a quarter the temperature of traditional systems, but many times more the heated surface area. Our Thermo Hog Pump is also specifically designed to pump thermoplastic and is up to 33in shorter and 371lbs lighter than the alternative Moyno pump. And is easily retrofitted onto any system.

Grinder HOG
The Grinder Hog can support from two to four grinding heads and utilises rotary lobe blowers which produces nearly seven times the vacuum pressure as fan blowers. No sweeper truck following and even removes and collects RPMs at up to 7mph.

Rumble Hog
The Rumble Hog is a three-in-one multi-purpose machine that can grind away pavement and roadway markings, groove roadway surfaces for inlaid pavement markings or cut rumble strips on the centre line or edge of the road. Cutting packages are available for banana cuts and sinusoidal wave cuts, and even more when adding our patent smart cylinder package. The Rumble Hog can achieve cutting and rumbling speeds between 3.5mph to 5mph depending on the surface. Add an auger system to drop debris off to the side, or high dump system that lifts the debris tank so you can easily deposit debris into a dumpster or dump truck.
