TATIC® system came into operation last June at Sao Paulo and Campinas International Airports, both managed by the Brazilian Airports Administration, INFRAERO.
This event marks the beginning of a plan that will provide the replacement of their former EFPS system by TATIC®, the new generation of electronic strip system by Saipher.
Since TATIC® is a flexible system and fully adaptable to routine operations of any location, the installation took place efficiently and on schedule.
With the installation of the system at these sites, TATIC® users will have a range of modern features and functionalities, such as: operational intelligence through real-time interpretation of processed data, conflict alerts generation, warnings and operational suggestions to the user.
The system design includes, among many other features, high availability, operating on the basis of automatic failover and failback (hot standby) processes, ensuring a high availability operation.
