Jotron AS is a leading supplier of state-of-the-art VHF/UHF radio systems and controllers for the global Air Traffic Control (ATC) and coastal communication market. Supplier of advanced recording and replay systems, Ricochet, is part of Jotron’s ATC and Coastal Communication Division. The company exhibited at the World ATM Congress in Madrid last week.

World ATM Congress has come to an end, after 3 hectic days. Jotron had the privilege of meeting existing and new business partners and customers, as well as being introduced to new and interesting prospects.

World ATM Congress is produced by CANSO in association with ATCA. 160 exhibiting companies and 5000 active participants from more than 100 countries attended the congress in Madrid last week.

Jotron’s newly released compact recorder RCR2U received wide attention at the World ATM Congress. The recorder is designed for small ATC operations and records up to 32 audio channels. RCR2U is affordable and user-friendly and the operators can install, operate and maintain their own recording and replay environment.
