The two contracts enabled both the ANSPs to join the iTEC Alliance for the first time.
The other ANSPs already a part of the iTEC Alliance comprise Enaire in Spain, Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS) in Germany, UK NATS, Norway's Avinor and Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland (LVNL) in the Netherlands.
India planned to open between ten and 15 airports by 2017 to boost regional connectivity.
Union Civil Aviation Minister P Ashok Gajapathi Raju was quoted by Press Trust Of India as saying: "The work on regional connectivity is in progress.
"We have developed a scheme for regional connectivity. There are 31 or 32 unconnected airports and we are planning to activate some of them and ten or 15 airports may be activated by next year."
UK air navigation services provider NATS commenced full operational service of a new and advanced air traffic control system at Prestwick Control Centre in Ayrshire, Scotland.
Known as iTEC, the new system offers next-generation air traffic control technology that has been developed to enhance airspace capacity.
iTEC also automatically detects possible aircraft conflicts ahead of time, improving aircraft safety.
Airlines for America (A4A), an industry trade organisation for US airlines, launched a new interactive data dashboard to provide flight operation information across the country.

Delta Air Lines planned to operate from London Heathrow Airport's Terminal 3 from 14 September.
The move to the terminal also hosts Virgin Atlantic and aims to help customers manage their travel plans, along with any last-minute changes.
Delta will move its Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City and Philadelphia flights from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3, where its services to New York-JFK, Boston and Seattle currently operate.
The new 3RS is scheduled for completion in 2024, while the new runway will be commissioned in 2022.

China Eastern Airlines secured authorisation from the Civil Aviation Administration of China to operate in a completely digital capacity, using Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro as part of its electronic flight bag (EFB) solution.
Boeing subsidiary Jeppesen partnered with China Eastern to gain the authorisation, following which the airline will be the first in China to achieve paperless operating status.
China Eastern Airlines AOC managing director Hou Jianjun said: "Using Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro for charting and navigation with our international operations and our domestic NAIP charting data for flights within China provides the foundation for gaining this landmark clearance from the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
A joint venture (JV ) formed by Hock Lian Seng Infrastructure and Sembcorp Design and Construction secured a S$1.107bn ($825m) contract for the second package of works related to the development of a three-runway system at Changi Airport (CAG) in Singapore.
The JV will undertake several works to operationalise a three-runway system at the airport by the early 2020s as part of the airport’s capacity expansion plans.
Under the contract, the JV will be responsible for pavement works, drainage works, mechanical and electrical works.
Ascend XYZ developed a service that allows airports to use satellite data to identify and manage nearby wildlife habitats, which can pose a risk to safety at takeoff and landing.
The new service makes use of free images and information from Earth observation satellites and software.
Ascend's software has been successfully tested in several Danish airports, which found it easier to use than existing standalone systems.
