The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded a $350m Enterprise Communications Support Services contract to Noblis and Flatirons Solutions to transform the National Airspace System to the Next Generation Air Transportation System.
Under the seven-year contract, the Noblis team will provide technology management support to the FAA’s Air Traffic Control Communications Services.

The company will provide systems engineering, acquisition and programme management, information systems development, and management studies and analysis.
Flatirons Solutions will be responsible for the system-wide information management, enterprise architecture and service-oriented architecture support.
