Daifuku has launched its Baggage Tray System (BTS) to handle luggage at airports.
The new baggage handling system facilitates precise handling and tracking by transporting bags in individual trays, unlike the conventional systems where bags are placed directly on conveyor belts.
The BTS will provide secure transportation and sorting of passenger bags from check-in counters to baggage make-up areas.
The company also offers an integrated baggage handling system that combines its new BTS and tilt tray sorters with its automated storage systems to provide secure baggage staging for passengers who check-in early or have extended layovers at airports.
