Bangalore's new international airport, which opened last month, is facing criticism over difficulty passengers have reaching the facility.
The US$625m Bengaluru International Airport has been built to handle 2,500 passengers per hour.
Located on the outskirts of town in Devanahalli, the infrastructure to support the facility is not due for completion for several years – leaving many passengers frustrated.
Travelling from the city to the airport takes at least 45 mins and could take a couple of hours, depending on where in the city you are driving from.
From Electronic City, where most of the information technology companies are based, it can take up to three-and-half hours to drive, the BBC reports.
