Auto Bag Drop: The New Self-Service System

ICM Airport Technics and Qantas have developed a new self-service bag drop system, the auto bag drop. Eighty of these systems are already in operation at six Australian airports, with over four million bags processed. With the auto bag drop, the passenger can complete the entire check-in process without having to queue for an available agent.
