Systems Interface Limited provides Equipment and Services for Oban Airport
Systems Interface Limited has been awarded a contract to supply Equipment and Services to Oban Airport, Scotland. As part of this contract, Systems Interface will also be responsible for the production of the Safety Case documentation on behalf of the airport.
The equipment selected by the Airport is a Fernau Avionics Ltd 2020 DME and a Nautel ND500 NDB.
A spokesman for Tait Electronics (Shetland) Ltd., who were awarded the Turnkey project for navigational aids, Aerodrome Ground Lighting and Met equipment, stated: "We have worked with Systems Interface on several occasions now and their growing reputation has become well known in the airport industry. We have been very happy with the overall project management and look forward to working with them on other future projects".
Oban Airport is one of the many small airfields that service the Scottish Islands to the west coast and is located just north of Oban.
