Hauppage, New York - Globecomm Systems (NASDAQ: GCOM), a leading provider of satellite-based communications infrastructure solutions and services on a global basis, announced today that the company has received multiple contract awards from various government agencies valued at $3.3 million.
The contracts include Globecomm's customizable field terminals with AxxSys M&C software, two L-band entry terminal upgrades and its most recent product announcement, the Ka-band Auto-Explorer satellite terminal. The company anticipates the completion of these contracts in the company’s fiscal 2010 first quarter ending 30 September 2009.
