DSE Airport Division has supplied cost-effective, proven and reliable ATC (Air Traffic Control) and CNS (Communication, Navigation and Surveillance) /ATM (Air Traffic Management) solutions to airports of all sizes since the 1980s. Our product portfolio comprises intelligent software solutions for the entire ATM industry ranging from control and monitoring of meteorology, communications, navigational aids and technical maintenance to radar display and recording, surface movement supervision and AACC and route charges registration.

SERIS - STATISTICS, ECONOMICS, ROUTE CHARGES INFORMATION SYSTEM

Unequalled AACC and route charges registration and the ability to calculate financial income and revenues on a daily basis is a significant advantage to ATM service providers. Via SERIS's web-based user interface, air traffic controllers, accounting personnel and airport decision-makers can view data on individual flights, airlines and airports/airspace as well as other vital statistics at the touch of a button.

Furthermore, the validation feature enables fast and correct auditing of CRCO revenue reports and payments. SERIS provides a unique, integrated and automated tool for optimising operations and saving costs.

ROS (RUNWAY OBSERVATION SYSTEM) - REAL-TIME FRICTION DATA TO THE AIRPORT NETWORK VIA GSM/GPRS

The demand for detailed and last minute information regarding runway conditions, especially during the winter season, has increased considerably during recent years. With ROS, runway observation and reporting can be dramatically improved and runway closure time greatly reduced. Within one minute from end of measurement, ROS provides the airport network with real-time friction values; i.e. air traffic controllers, MET office, briefing room, ground personnel.

Via the built-in GPS runway location finder, ROS maps the exact position of the runways and subsequently measures and transmits all relevant friction values, SNOWTAM and MOTNE reports directly from the vehicle to the airport network using the latest GSM and GPRS technology.

RCAS - REMOTE CONTROL AND SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

With the integration of all vital ATC tasks in one unified environment, RCAS is doing away with single-function systems and manual media traditionally used to inform air traffic controllers about traffic, system status, temporary restrictions, etc. RCAS is a highly versatile and sophisticated Air Traffic Control system integrating control and surveillance of all airside systems. RCAS is applicable for operation and surveillance by air traffic controllers in TWR and ACC and technical overview and maintenance by airport technical personnel.

SAWOS (SEMI AUTOMATIC WEATHER OBSERVATION SYSTEM)

SAWOS is a stand-alone, semi automatic weather observation system applicable for collection, validation and processing of real-time aviation meteorological data. SAWOS collects data from a variety of sensors in accordance with ICAO and WMO recommendations and presents high-quality MET data to air traffic controllers, meteorologists, pilots and other aviation professionals for subsequent generation of METAR, SPECI and SYNOP reports. All MET information can be accessed by the users via a web interface.

RADIS - RADAR DISPLAY SYSTEM

Based on standard PC hardware, RADIS offers an advanced, flexible and cost-efficient radar workstation concept integrating many crucial aspects of ATC. RADIS is a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use, radar display system tailored for ATC use at both TWR and APPROACH positions.

RADIS is configurable to any radar source – including new technologies such as VDL Mode 4 – and, apart from providing radar situation display, RADIS also offers built-in features for automatic management, correlation of flight plan information and map editing.

RARS (RADAR RECORDING SYSTEM) - RADAR RECORDING AND REAL-TIME REPLAYING OF RADAR/ATC DATA

Cost-efficiency, reliability, scalability and CAP 670 and ICAO compliance are some of the many benefits of RARS. All recorded radar/ATC data are uniquely identifiable when replayed or transferred to any associated data processing unit. The RARS user interface is based on standard MS Windows principles and provides advanced tools for long-term and legal investigations, AACC and route charges registration, frequency monitoring and diverse technical analysis.
