Nilfisk-Advance Introduces a New Range of Scrubber / Dryers
The new BR 601 series of ride-on scrubber / dryers from Nilfisk-Advance is designed to be both ultra-compact and extremely manoeuvrable. With all the feel of a walk-behind unit combined with the convenience and speed of a ride-on, these units are intended to bridge the gap between the two concepts. The intention is that the operator acts as a natural extension of the machine itself.
The BR 601 series includes three disc models (61cm, 66cm and 71cm) as well as a 71cm cylindrical model. The target market, according to a company spokesman, is primarily commercial and institutional buildings where mobility and a compact design are important.
Other features include an interchangeable brush deck, an automatic speed reducer for curves, an automatic brake system, ECO-mode operation and an ergonomic seating position for the operator that is designed to provide an optimal field of vision.
