PASSENGER TRAFFIC ANALYSIS

Our innovative solutions in passenger traffic analysis enable us to measure and improve travelling conditions by reducing waiting time in check-in, security checkpoints and immigration. We:

These processes reduce waiting time: they analyse customer behaviour in retail areas, improve client satisfaction, monitor and optimise passenger flow, and raise retail revenues.

PASSENGER-MANAGEMENT SENSORS AND APPLICATION SERVERS

Our product base is composed of two lines: sensors and application servers. Our sensors (B-Top, B-Queue and B-Track), are based on image processing and accurately measure passenger behaviour in real-time.

Measuring is the first step to improvement; analysing is the second. Our application servers help you to have a global overview of passenger traffic. What is the mean waiting time? When are rush hours? How can you anticipate crowd problems? BlueCount Manager, B Queue Manager and Blue Market Track are web servers to indicate all relevant indicators.

PASSENGER-COUNTING VIDEO SENSORS AND SYSTEM

Our new video counting sensor (VCS), based on the latest generation of DSP processor, integrates with our innovative software to produce a latest-generation passenger-counting video system which is:

• Easy to install
• Easy to integrate into an IT system
• Discreet (can be hidden in the roof)
• Communicant: IP connection
• Autonomous: power supplied through network (power-over-Ethernet)
• Evolutionary: easily upgraded through network
• Accurate: 95% minimum accuracy for people counter and 90% minimum accuracy for queue measurement

Our three evolved counting sensors are:

• The B-TOP accurate people counter
• The B-Queue direct people counter for queues
• The B-Track people trajectories sensor

APPLICATIONS SERVER

Our sensors can be linked to our servers to give, in real-time, a global overview of airports' passenger activity: supervision and statistics analysis.

Our supervision tool uses network architecture to make sure you know the main passenger flow, the queue waiting times and customer behaviour at all times. The statistics analysis we provide can compare the evolution of your passenger traffic over periods, or between different points of interest, thanks to comprehensive data storage.

We provide three application server solutions:

• BlueCount Manager – gives you an overview of passenger flow in zones and through entrances and exits
• B Queue Manager – gives an overview of queue lengths and waiting times all over the whole airport
• Blue Market Track – analyses all customer behaviour thanks to merchandising key indicators: attractiveness of hotspots, blocked access, heat maps and mean shopping time
