Alpha Training International's methodology for conducting a security risk-management study is based on the principles developed by Commonwealth of Australia Authorities, then enhanced by Alpha Training International to meet the needs of commerce and industry.

Following the security risk-management study, a security management plan can be formalised. The security management plan is the formal documentation that will identify the protective security objectives for an organisation or facility, and the practices, procedures, standards and their application to achieve a state of security preparedness.

Evacuation, crisis management and business continuity training

Alpha Training International’s services are used to conduct evacuation training, crisis management and business continuity programs. All programs conform to the Australian Standard 3745 for emergency control organisation and procedures for buildings, structures and workplaces.
