ATG Airports Acquire Activities of Alstom's Airport Lighting Business

Alstom and ATG Airports are pleased to announce that they have today agreed a deal for ATG Airports to acquire the activities of Alstom's airport lighting business, one of the worlds leading airfield ground lighting manufacturers.
The business will be operated as ATG Airports Ltd, within the ATG Airports group of companies. The deal is timetabled for completion at the end of October 2007.
This acquisition enables ATG Airports group to offer a total solution portfolio of airfield lighting equipment and services to the aviation market worldwide.
ATG Airports looks forward to working with clients of both businesses in the future and is committed to providing a full range of airfield ground lighting solutions and control systems supported by the ATG Airports organisation.
