ALSTOM exhibits at Aerodrome India 2006

ALSTOM Airports recently attended the Aerodrome India exhibition in New Delhi. The objective of attending was to present one of the latest versions of the highly successful SMGCS SmartControl. The lite version of the system is targeted directly at the existing smaller category one airports, of which there are many in India.
The lite version is capable of being extended to operate in category IIIB mode at locations as extensive as London Heathrow. It is truly a system that can grow with the airport without the need for extensive modifications or additional software. It is therefore extremely suitable for the Indian market where passenger numbers are expected to increase significantly.
Also on display was the range of LED fittings available from Alstom. These were also well received by those visiting the show due to the extremely low level of maintenance required.
