MOBILE AIRCRAFT HEATERS FOR PASSENGER AIRCRAFT

Kocoverk's range of aircraft heaters includes the following:

Electric 42: Kocoverk's smallest aircraft heater, this all-electric heater is designed for commuter aircraft and provides steady-state heating during turn around. It is equipped with a powerful fan and stainless-steel electric heating elements and has a 42kW heating capacity.

ACH 2/80 EL: ideal for narrow body and commuter-type aircraft, this electric-powered heater is equipped with a powerful fan together with a stainless-steel heat exchanger and high-pressure burner with an 80kW capacity.

ACH 7/120 EL: Suitable for wide body aircrafts, this is our largest electrical-powered heater and has a capacity of 120kW. A stainless-steel heat exchanger, in combination with a high performance burner, provides the heat.

DELTA I, II, III: powered by diesel engine the DELTA heaters are designed for heating narrow body up to jumbo type aircraft and consist of an 80kW to 200kW capacity diesel burner with a high pressure fan.

Alpha: Kocoverk's 90kW-capacity heater for narrow and wide body aircraft, the Alpha has no flame heater but uses compressors instead. The heater is extremely fast for heating all types of aircraft and the compressors can push large quantities of air for a long distance.

BRIDGE HEATER EL FOR AIRPORT PASSENGER BRIDGES

Kocoverk offers bridge heaters for easy mounting under all existing types of passenger bridges. The Bridge Heater EL is a lightweight electric aircraft heating system, complete with air hose and adapater, with a powerful fan for trouble-free operation. These heaters are custom-built and are available in capacities between 50kW to 120kW.

ACC: MOBILE AIR-CONDITIONING AND AIRCRAFT CABIN-COOLING SYSTEM

Kocoverk ACC is a mobile air conditioning system mounted on a trailer for use on the apron or unit inside the hangar to cool the cabin during maintenance. The system has few mowing parts that can lead to wear and maintenance. Operation failure is very rare.

The ACC can also be used as a combination unit with a built-in heating mode for aircraft heating.

MILITARY AIRCRAFT AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH AIR CYCLE TECHNOLOGY

Kocoverk also produces air conditioning systems with air cycle technology that cater for military air force applications including:

• Air-conditioning trolley - designed for fighter aircraft, these units are designed to operate in a variety of ambient temperatures in aircraft such as F15, F-16, Mirage, Tornado, MiG, etc
• Air-conditioning unit - can be truck, trailer or skid mounted; is ideal for hangar installation to service one or two aircraft simultaneously and in a production line for fighter aircraft to test avionic and electronic components
• Core air cycle system unit - can be delivered as a kit to any ground support equipment manufacturer; the system will be designed according to customer specifications for maximum performance and durability
• As an option the system can also be used as an Air Starter
