JETWAY® APRON-DRIVE PASSENGER BOARDING BRIDGES

The Jetway apron-drive passenger boarding bridge is a telescoping passageway that can be driven from a parked position beside the terminal to the aircraft itself. These apron-drive bridges come in a variety of lengths and options, depending on the needs of the airport. Jetway bridges can be electro-mechanically or hydraulically operated. Operating controls are solid-state with self-diagnostic circuits for extended life.

FMC Technologies’ Jetway apron-drive passenger boarding bridges can be combined with variable lengths of walkways, stair or ramp units to accommodate all airport designs, including ground-level facilities, providing flexibility for gate usage and differing mixes of aircraft.

JETWISE® APRON MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Jetwise™ Apron Management System (AMS) puts the power of information in your hands, reducing down-time, delays and confusion around equipment usage at the gate. Operators, maintenance managers and those responsible for managing assets are supplied with critical information to effectively and efficiently run their operations. 

The Jetwise AMS, when installed on properly configured equipment, will monitor, display, and record the following:

• Gate, equipment and component status
• Faults
• Usage
• Maintenance required
• Equipment availability

JETAIRE® PRE-CONDITIONED AIR UNITS

JetAire pre-conditioned air units offer a perfect solution to aircraft air temperature control while on the ground. JetAire models are designed to be fully adjustable, meeting the needs of any size aircraft in any climatic condition anywhere in the world. JetAire units are a reliable, cost-effective alternative to the noisy and expensive aircraft Auxiliary Power Units (APUs).

JetAire units come in sizes ranging from 15RT commuter models to 120RT units. The JetAire units can be sized and configured to cool or heat virtually any size aircraft, including the A380, in any climatic condition in the world.

JetAire units are available in all electric bridge-mounted models or as trailer-mounted all electric or diesel powered mobile units.

JETPOWER® PWM2 CONVERTERS AND CENTRAL SYSTEMS

JetPower units convert standard 50Hz / 60Hz utility power to aircraft-compatible 400Hz power using clean, efficient, reliable and maintenance-free solid-state technology.

Across the full size range from 45kVA to 312kVA, JetPower solid-state converters are enclosed in rugged aluminum cases (NEMA 3R) suitable for operation in extreme environmental conditions. All circuitry is self calibrating and requires no customer adjustment. Interchangeable modules are easily accessible through swing-down panels on the cabinet.

JetPower converters from FMC Airport Systems are available in a wide range of sizes, configurations, and design types and can be mounted on the boarding bridge, configured as a central system, or trailer-mounted for mobility.
