Eastern Petroleum Supplies offers a comprehensive service for Aircraft Refuelling Systems both Static and Mobile. The Static Systems are used mainly on Ship Heli Platforms, Fixed Helipads and Offshore Oil Rigs where we are responsible for design, build and testing to meet the specific demands of the client. The flow rates of such systems vary from 100LPM to 600LPM and delivery is either by Aviation Overwing Nozzles or by Pressure Refuelling Underwing Nozzles.

E.P.S. supplement their own aviation refuelling products with high quality equipment including Satam Flowmeters, Velcon Filtration Systems and Avery Hardoll refuelling products.

HELICOPTER REFUELLING BOWSERS

E.P.S. also manufacture a small compact mobile refuelling system suitable for military and search and rescue applications for operation in remote areas. These units have a capability of pumping up to 210LPM with the lightest and smallest units weighing approximately 70kgs.

Our helicopter refuelling bowsers are popular with police enforcement agencies and the military as they are built to withstand rough terrain and regular use with a normal flow capacity of 160LPM. These units are diesel powered and can be used for filling helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.

MOBILE AVIATION FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEMS

Ship bunkering mobile sets are available from 200LPM to 5000LPM, either as a static system from a road tanker or a unit using the docks ring main hydrant system where a fuel dispenser is available either as a road vehicle or as a towed trailer.

Development of special projects for military applications has included the design and build of an in-flight helicopter refueller for transferring fuel from small boats and large ships to helicopters.

Another major project is the river crossing fuel delivery system. This is a transportation system involving a road going artic trailer fitted out with a hydraulically powered hose reel carrying 260m of 4in bore hose, to transport fuel across a flowing river in the event of a bridge collapse.

AIR BULK FUEL TRANSPORT SYSTEMS

We have designed and built an air bulk fuel transport system used by the recent Afghanistan peace-keeping mission to carry in 45,000 litres of JET A1 fuel per sortie, this was at the request of the UK Ministry of Defence. To date more than 7,000,000 litres of fuel have been transported by this system.

E.P.S. have a sister company, Eastern Precision Supplies, who can manufacture tailor made component parts to exact client specifications; examples include special hose end pieces, flowmeter bracketry, stainless steel and aluminium fabrications and cabinets and skid bases.
