AIRPORT LOUNGE INTERIOR DESIGN

Lindner’s worldwide experience in the airport sector, together with our tremendous product range, makes us the obvious choice when considering the interior design of an airport lounge. We take care of the design, performance and functional requirement of a lounge. Out interior solutions are customised to your specific lounge, regardless of location, in order to guarantee a quick realisation at an economical price.

CUSTOMIZED INTERIOR FITTINGS

We have outfitted airport lounges all over the world. Lindner was awarded the responsibility of completing the interior fitting of Emirates’ new lounges in Munich and Frankfurt. The order was executed with in a period of only three months. First and business class passengers are now offered a completely new feeling of satisfaction in an area of 620m².

We can realise special design proposals as we boast such a wide and varied product range, including metal ceiling systems, partitions, raised floor systems and exclusive furniture. We have created exclusive interior fittings for many of the world’s most important airlines such as Lufthansa, British Airways and Emirates.

CEILING SYSTEMS AT HEATHROW

We have carried out extensive works in London's Heathrow Airport. The new T5 terminal includes more than 50,000m² of Lindner ceiling systems. These ceiling systems include:

• 1,800mm diameter discs
• Drop and slide metal ceiling
• Acoustic insulation
• Standard modules ceiling system
• Metal bulkheads
• Beacons

DROP AND SLIDE CEILING

The demands for access to service in the ceiling void required a solution that provided a safe system which is also ensured a longer lifecycle. Lindner’s drop and slide ceiling, selected for T5, provides a solution where access is created without having to remove the metal tiles from the ceiling place.

CUSTOMISED STRIP CEILING FOR MADRID

Lindner has also worked in the Madrid Barajasa International Airport. We created over 280,000m² of a special strip ceiling made from 100% bamboo. The ceiling was designed and constructed according to the wave shape of the building. The specially designed bamboo ceiling can take the curved construction without any danger of the strips cracking or splitting. Production was carried out in China with special transportation via sea container to Madrid.

The flowing appearance of this customised solution has created a distinctive ambience in the airport lounge.
