ATC DISPLAY PROCESSING SUITE

The ATRAK information display processing suite of ATC applications can be configured to run in a number of different modes to meet the needs of specific ATC operations. It interfaces directly with Flight Data Processing (FDP) and Radar Data Processing (RDP) systems.

Its Human Machine Interface (HMI) delivers controller compatibility with major ATC systems and can be adapted to suite-specific needs for operations, training or simulation.

The ATRAK suite consists of several different modes of operation, including executive and planning control, radar bypass, information management, and billing and statistics.

EXECUTIVE AND PLANNING CONTROL

The ATRAK-EC / PC executive and planning control mode presents radar track data from radar feeds, flight-plan data from FDP systems, and radar weather information and data from airport weather systems. The system comprises radar and flight data processing, weather processing, air situation display and system supervision.

The radar fallback mode provides a secure, independent backup to the main executive control system.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ATRAK-IMS provides a comprehensive range of information to the air traffic-planning controller in real-time, such as arrival and departure rules, airport barometric pressure, aerodrome terminal-area information, local traffic and movement areas, and a range of static information.

Dynamic data is provided in the form of NOTAMs or SNOWTAMs (special notices), restricted air space, runway co-ordination and use, airport lighting status, weather conditions, APP emergency information and times of sunrise or sunset, and emergency procedures.

BILLING AND STATISTICS SYSTEM

ATRAK-BS provides a complete billing and statistics solution for Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs). The system automatically collates base flight-data from the relevant flight data processing system, whilst allowing members of the charges office to clear errors, insert or delete flights and supplement the data with additional information.

ATC RECORD / REPLAY SYSTEM

The ATRAK-Xrecorder system records and replays all the visual activity of an ATC controller's session. During replay, recorded data is used to recreate the clients and their resources along with the drawing request that the clients made to the server.

Our ATRAK-Xrecorder tracks and replays all cursor movements, is supported on several platforms and is licensed on a per workstation basis. Its features include:

• Replays at different speeds
• Pause / resume capability
• Replays starting from several points
• Arbitrary start / stop of recording
• Turn on / off cursor movements during playback
• Ability to record to disk or tape
• Graphical User Interface (GUI) to operate replay modes
• Ability to generate files with recorded snapshots (DVD and Microsoft® Windows® files)

ATC DESKTENDER®

The Desktender provides the facility to centralise and secure an ATC workstation with the user display located remotely at distances up to 1,000m. The Desktender supports displays with resolutions up to 2,500px by 2,000px.
