ARINC today announced that its long-time customer Ufa International Airport (UFA) has renewed its contract for ARINC’s iMUSE solution at its airport. UFA is the primary airport serving Ufa, the capital of Bashkortostan, and is the ninth largest airport in Russia.

ARINC will be working in partnership with Integris to support the new agreement. The two organizations have been working together since September 2007. Under the new contract, ARINC will continue to provide its iMUSE platform as well as third level technical support. First and second level maintenance support is being delivered by Integris IT personnel.

"We are pleased to receive this contract renewal from our valued customer" said Paul Hickox, ARINC’s International Operations Director. "ARINC’s iMUSE common use system processes passengers faster and more efficiently by sharing airport infrastructure and resources, benefiting UFA’s customers."

"Integris has worked closely with ARINC in the Russian market since 2007 and our combined efforts have resulted in improving our airport customer’s travel experience. We look forward to continuing and expanding our relationship in the Russian market," said Evgeny Slobodyanuk, Deputy Commercial Director, Integris.
